Rent.  For most tenants rent is due on the 1st and late on the 10th. There are exceptions to this based on lease agreements. Please check your lease to confirm. Late fee is accrued each day after the 10th. Mail checks to 2219 Rimland Drive, Bellingham, WA 98226

Certificate of Insurance. Updated certificate of insurance must be provided for Talbot Group records annually. Email certificate of Insurance to ap@talbotgroup.com
