Building Policy

Smoking.  The only designated smoking area for the Barkley office building is near the garbage enclosures.  Please be considerate and keep this area clean. Also, please be aware that Washington State law requires no smoking within 25 feet of all entrances and exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes.

Parking. There is ample parking available to Barkley Village tenants, clients, neighbors and residents. Overnight parking is not permitted unless arrangements have been made at least 24 hours in advance and vehicle make and model have been submitted to management. Please leave all visitor and time limited parking open for clients/customers.

Pet Policy. At this time, only service animals are allowed in leased property at Barkley Village.

Trash & Recycle. Each building has it’s own trash and recycle enclosures. Please break down all cardboard for recycle and make sure dumpster lids are closed.

Signage. All signage must be submitted for approval at leasing@talbotgroup.com. We do not permit sandwich boards, flags, or yard signs anywhere in the village (with the exception of temporary approved signage for events). Taping notices, flyers, adverts, or posters to windows or doors is not permitted.
